Meet Diana

Diana is an energetic health advocate for anyone who wants to learn more. She has a passion for helping others learn and put into practice healthy habits that will allow that person to live the life of their dreams.
Healthy families are a win for everyone. It is a known fact that what you have done in the past affects the quality of life of you and your family have today and in the future.
What you do today matters! Active Healthy Lifestyles, has a 3- part component:

  1. What you breathe in to your lungs. Fresh Air Purifiers and Active Pure Technology.
  2. What you do to move each day. Workouts, Fun Activities. Also includes Beach Body Workouts.
  3. What you eat to help your body perform at its best.
    Includes menus, recipes, nutritious smoothies, and fruits and vegetables in capsules or gummies.

Diana likes to make a difference in your life as you create your “active healthy lifestyle.” She provides a variety of ways to attain this. She loves to learn and spends hours reading books and researching ways to help make this happen for you. It’s all about how you feel each day. Do you want energy, strength to do every-day tasks, have fun playing sports, walking, hiking, bike riding and more?
Age is not a barrier to good health. It is just a number. So on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the best, where do you want to rank? Are you willing to make the changes, one step, one day at-a-time to accomplish this.?

Diana is an expert. She has been helping people (kids and adults) from the age of 12 to the present.

Diana’s hometown is Marion, OH. She is married to Steve Harsh. Between them they have three adult children, Matt, Matt, and Joy. They have been blessed with seven grandchildren. Diana’s hobbies include vegetable and flower gardening, biking, tennis, skiing, photography, travel, and reading. She loves spending time with family and friends.

A healthy lifestyle includes a healthy diet, regular exercise, sleep, and managing stress.  It also means avoiding or limiting unhealthy behaviors like smoking and consuming too much alcohol, processed food, and sugar.

Active Healthy Lifestyles offers hints, tips, and educates anyone interested in living healthy which means being able to perform the daily tasks of a normal lifestyle without injury.  This applies to all age groups and to everyone:  man, woman, or child.  Eating healthy, maintaining an active exercise program, and breathing clean air can make the difference on how you feel every day.  Let’s not take being healthy for granted.  Let’s plan to be healthy and have fun every day doing what we want to do without limits.
